Why we exist
We kept seeing the same picture inside small and mid market commercial teams: a handful of analysts maintaining brittle pricing workbooks, no approval trail, no version history, and a recurring fire-drill every time finance asked who approved which discount.
The enterprise pricing tools that solve this are over-scoped, over-priced, and take a year to implement. Most teams don’t need a new pricing engine; they need a controlled workflow and proper governance on top of the pricing decisions they already make.
That is what PriceMonk does. It centralises price lists and pricing logic, manages approvals and change control, and provides margin visibility and an audit-ready history of every price decision.

Who built it
PriceMonk is a product by TopMonks, an EU software studio that has been building pricing systems and implementing them since 2003, originally under the JetMinds brand. It sits inside the MonkSuite product family alongside ScrapeMonk, ScrapeMonk Commodity, TidyMonk and MatchMonk, and has an analytical companion in PriceMonk Evidence.

Where we are
- EU-incorporated, EU-headquartered, EU-operated.
- All product data is stored in EU regions by default; other regions are available by written agreement. Each customer runs in a dedicated AWS account — see Security for the detail, including what we do not offer.
